Our culinary instructors all have strong managerial experience, formal culinary training and at least ten years of hands-on experience in the field. They teach in professional facilities that include:

- Three restaurants including a Zagat-rated fine dining room open to the public five days a week for lunch and dinner

- An outdoor bread oven
- Specialized kitchens such as garde manger and chocolate/sugar
- B.A. in Culinary Arts*
- A.A.S. in Culinary Arts
- Accelerated A.A.S. in Culinary Arts*
- A.A.S. in Baking & Pastry

- Personal Chef & Catering Certificate
