Our culinary instructors all have strong managerial experience, formal culinary training and at least ten years of hands-on experience in the field. They teach in professional facilities that include:

  • 12 commercial kitchens
  • Three restaurants including a Zagat-rated fine dining room open to the public five days a week for lunch and dinner
  • Two demo kitchens
  • An outdoor bread oven
  • Specialized kitchens such as garde manger and chocolate/sugar
