Certificate Programs

We offer culinary certificates to students who seek to acquire basic skills and gain first-hand experience in the kitchen. Certificate students study Baking and Pastry, Personal Chef/Professional Catering, and Professional Cookery.

Many individuals who pursue a certificate at Kendall are exploring a career change and want exposure to the real world of professional cooking or baking. Others already have experience in the industry, but want to specialize in particular area.

Certificate programs are part-time, evening and weekend programs designed for working adults. Each of these programs is 24 credits, generally completed in six-hour quarters.
