Flexible Learning Options

Kendall's B.A. in Culinary Arts is an immersive, hands-on program that allows you the option to complete the final two years on a part-time basis—with classes online and on-campus—so you can work while you finish your degree. Associate degree holders can also enroll in this flexible new program in order to complete their bachelor-level coursework.

A PASSION FOR CULINARY ARTS

Our students love Kendall because they’re surrounded by other dedicated learners and instructors who are genuinely passionate about our culinary and baking and pastry programs:

Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts

Designed for those who want the most options in the culinary field. Students can also focus their studies with a concentration in Culinary Nutrition.

Associate Degree in Culinary Arts

This program uniquely fuses the art and science of cooking with an introduction to critical business management practices. For those who already have a bachelor’s, the Accelerated Associate Degree allows students to earn a two-year culinary degree in an abbreviated timeframe.

Associate Degree in Baking And Pastry

This six-quarter program prepares graduates to enter the baking and pastry chef profession with confidence and expertise in the science behind baking.

PROGRAMS THAT ARE CUTTING EDGE

Our culinary school graduates stand out as polished and prepared. And Chicago employers know it—100% of our December 2010 culinary arts graduates who were seeking employment reported they were working in their fields within six months after graduation.2 Graduating with superb culinary skills, as well as solid business management and communication capabilities, Kendall alumni hold prominent positions in foodservice, baking and pastry, and culinary arts industries around the world.
